Right of Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.

Withdrawal Period

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Onfidence GmbH, Forstbergstraße 18, 4470 Enns, Austria, info@sellercore.io) of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notification before the period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days of receipt of your withdrawal.

Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

For contracts concerning digital services, the right of withdrawal expires once we have begun performance after you have expressly agreed and confirmed your acknowledgement that you will lose your right of withdrawal.
