General Terms and Conditions

§ 1 Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts between Onfidence GmbH (hereinafter „Sellercore") and its customers regarding the use of the Sellercore platform.

§ 2 Subject Matter of the Contract

Sellercore provides cloud-based software for managing and automating Amazon seller accounts. The specific scope of services is determined by the chosen plan in accordance with the pricing overview in force at the time.

§ 3 Conclusion of Contract and Trial Period

The contract is concluded upon completion of registration. New customers can trial the service free of charge for 14 days. Without an active booking, no costs are incurred once the trial period has ended.

§ 4 Prices and Payment

The prices stated at the time of booking apply. Depending on the plan, billing takes place monthly or annually in advance. All prices are exclusive of statutory value added tax.

§ 5 Term and Termination

Depending on the plan, contracts can be terminated monthly or annually. Termination is possible at any time via your account or by email.

§ 6 Customer Obligations

The customer is responsible for the lawful use of the service and for compliance with Amazon's terms of use. Login credentials must be kept confidential.

§ 7 Availability

Sellercore strives for high availability. The current status can be viewed at status.sellercore.io. Maintenance windows will be announced in advance where possible.

§ 8 Liability

Sellercore is liable in accordance with the statutory provisions for intent and gross negligence. In the case of slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical of the contract.

§ 9 Final Provisions

Austrian law applies to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is, to the extent permissible, the court with subject-matter jurisdiction in Steyr. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
