✦AI Assistant

AI for Amazon sellers:
Ask your business. Let it get things done.

The Sellercore AI Assistant is AI for Amazon sellers: it knows your campaigns, margins, stock levels and product data. It pulls the numbers itself, does the math and carries out tasks in your account: from the question about your margin to the bid adjustment. In plain language.

The problem

Your numbers sit in Seller Central, the ad console and your own spreadsheets. By the time you have an answer, ten tabs are open.

What Sellercore does

The AI Assistant reads your data from every Sellercore module, answers questions in plain language and makes changes.

What you get

You simply ask, for example about your best products, and get an answer with your real numbers.

A good fit if …
  • you want answers instead of reports.
  • you have little time for analysis.
  • you want to hand off routine work but stay in control.
How the assistant works

Not a chatbot. A colleague who pitches in.

The assistant does more than answer questions. It calls the right tools and acts in your account, within the limits you set.

Knows your data

The assistant reads ads reports, profit and loss, stock levels, product data and reviews straight from the source. No exports, no copy and paste.

All modulesStraight from the source

Carries out tasks

Adjust bids, generate reorder suggestions, request reviews, push listings to Amazon: the assistant calls the right tool.

Within your limitsWith approval

Shows every step

You see which data is loaded and which tools are used. Every action is logged and traceable.

Examples

Just ask. Like this, for example.

?“Which products had a margin below 15% last week?”
?“Add search terms that haven't sold anything in 30 days as negatives.”
?“How many days will stock last for my ten best-selling products?”
?“Why did I lose the Buy Box on the coffee grinder?”
?“Request a review for all eligible orders from last week.”
?“Rewrite the title of the Coffee Grinder Pro, I'll approve it.”
?“Create a Sponsored Products campaign with five keywords and a €25 daily budget.”
?“Create a weekly report on ads and profit for me.”
What it can do

Over 90 actions across all modules.

The assistant works with every area of Sellercore. A selection of what you can get done by chat:

Advertising

Analyse campaigns, keywords and search terms, adjust bids and targets, harvest or exclude search terms, create campaigns, dayparting, event days and boosts.

Pricing

Set up the repricer, change rules, start a run, check the status and find out why you don't have the Buy Box.

Products and listings

Search products, find listing issues, change titles, bullet points, attributes and images and push them to Amazon, publish A+ Content.

Profit

Profit per product and period, sales figures, add your own costs, import purchase prices, maintain VAT rates.

Inventory and purchasing

Check stock coverage, set reorder points, create purchase orders with suppliers and manage suppliers.

Reviews

Request reviews via the official Amazon feature and retrieve your review statistics.

Security

You set the boundaries.

An assistant that acts in your account needs clear limits. With Sellercore, you define them.

Guardrails

The assistant only acts within your rules and limits, for example minimum prices in the repricer or targets in the Ads Optimizer.

Approval for critical actions

You can set critical actions to require approval. The assistant then makes a suggestion, and you decide.

Everything logged

Every action is listed in the history with a timestamp. So you always know what happened in your account.

Data protection

Processing is GDPR-compliant on servers in Frankfurt am Main. Access to Amazon runs via the official API.

Guide

AI for Amazon sellers

What AI can really do in day-to-day Amazon selling, how an assistant works with tools and what to look for when it comes to security and control.

What AI for Amazon sellers can do today

Day-to-day work as an Amazon seller is made up of many small decisions: adjusting bids, checking prices, planning stock, improving listings, analysing numbers. The data for all this is spread across Seller Central, the advertising console and your own spreadsheets. This is exactly where an AI assistant helps: it brings the data together, answers questions in plain language and handles recurring tasks.

Typical use cases are analysing ads and profit, spotting problems such as a lost Buy Box or low stock, and writing product copy. What matters is that the AI does not just produce text, but works with your real data and can put changes into effect directly.

AI agent or chatbot?

A chatbot answers questions based on what it has learned or on a knowledge base. It knows nothing about your account and cannot change anything. An AI agent, on the other hand, pursues a goal: it calls tools, fetches data, plans intermediate steps and carries out actions.

Why tools make the difference

Language models can produce answers that sound plausible but are wrong. For questions about margins or stock levels, that is a risk. An assistant with tools does not answer such questions from memory, but retrieves the relevant data: it loads the week's orders, deducts fees and returns and allocates ad spend before it answers.

Fetch the data first, then answerExample

How much profit did the Coffee Grinder Pro make this week?

  1. Loaded this week’s orders
  2. Deducted fees, returns and purchase prices
  3. Allocated ad spend

This week: 38 sales of the Coffee Grinder Pro. €119.32 profit before advertising, €46.20 ad spend, leaving €73.12 profit.

Example with 38 sales at €3.14 profit each before advertising, as in the Profit Dashboard calculation. You see the steps in the chat before the answer arrives.

With Sellercore, you see these steps. You can tell which data was loaded and which tools were used. That makes answers verifiable and actions traceable.

Guardrails and approvals

An AI that acts in your Amazon account needs clear limits. Two levels have proven their worth:

  • Guardrails that apply to all actions: minimum and maximum prices, target ACoS, budgets, excluded products. The assistant does not go beyond them.
  • Approvals for critical actions: the assistant prepares, you confirm. For example with new listing copy or larger changes to campaigns.
Two levels of controlExample

Price suggested by the assistant€17.99

Example values. A suggestion below the minimum price is not applied. The assistant prepares critical actions and only carries them out after you confirm.

What guardrails look like in advertising is described in Amazon Ads Agent: AI-driven advertising. When automation in advertising pays off is covered in Amazon PPC automation.

Which tasks are a good fit for an AI assistant

TaskHow you use the assistant
Analysing numbersJust ask: profit, advertising, stock, sales figures. Ideal for a quick overview.
Finding problemsMissing Buy Box, listing issues, low stock or search terms without sales.
Routine changesBids, negative keywords, reorder points or review requests within your rules.
Copy and contentHave titles, bullet points and A+ Content suggested and approve them before publishing.
Strategic decisionsProduct range, large purchases or new marketplaces: the assistant provides the numbers, you make the decision.

Amazon's own AI tools

Amazon is betting on AI too. In Seller Central, Amazon offers its own assistant, the Seller Assistant. On the buyer side, Rufus answers customers' questions about products. Find out more in Amazon Rufus AI.

The Sellercore assistant complements these tools. It works with the data that only comes together in Sellercore: your purchase prices and own costs for the real margin, your repricer rules, suppliers and reorder suggestions.

Data protection and security

Sellercore processes your data GDPR-compliant on servers in Frankfurt am Main. The connection to Amazon runs via the official API with permissions you can revoke at any time. Every action the assistant takes is logged.

Good to know

Never give an AI more rights than it needs. With Sellercore, you use guardrails and approvals to control what the assistant may do on its own and what it only suggests.
